M. Veronica Felzke holds a MSc. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Tulsa, and a BSc. in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Rafael Urdaneta. She has over 15 years of experience in air quality permitting and compliance. She has worked extensively in air permitting, compliance audits, due diligence, and air quality monitoring. In addition, Ms. Felzke has an extensive knowledge of petroleum production, fluid flow, process simulations, fluid sampling, and data management. She is well versed in federal and state regulations (Tribal, Colorado, Illinois, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, and Wyoming), as well as GreenHouse Gas (GHG).
Excelsior Environmental Consulting LLC is a environmental consulting firm specializing in air quality permitting and compliance. "Excelsior" is the motto of Veronica's school in Venezuela. Its meaning, "siempre más y mejor" (always improving), has always been the foundation of her personal philosophy.
